Ashley is a long-time lover of fitness!  She’s full of energy and passion for life and her clients!  She is always looking for ways to learn and grow, in both life and fitness and she loves sharing what she learns with those around her.  She’s a mother of five rambunctious kids who keep her active and on her toes!  Ashley believes that fitness can and should be for everyone at any time and at every level and has experience with many types of people!  She grew up in the Denver, CO area, earned a BS in business management and a master’s degree in financial management and accounting.  Additionally, she’s very active in her local church community.
