Sweat and Sculpt was added and here is the class description “Sweat and Sculpt is fun, energetic and designed to work your entire body. This class combines dynamic weight training, body weight movements and cardio bursts aimed to build lean muscle, burn fat and increase endurance! Class is suited for experienced and beginner fitness participants, as modifications are shown as needed
