Welcome to introductory Zone Training! The goal of this class is to introduce you to heart rate training and its amazing benefits. Our coaches will guide you through a full body workout and the cardio burnout that grants your heart the attention it deserves. There is no guessing here, our coaches will guide you every step of the way leaving you feeling confident, energized and with a sweat you will be proud of!
