Designed to take you on a fitness journey through each of the MyZone heart rate zones, the MyZone classes in Club Zone are sure to leave you feeling accomplished, exhilarated and full of life! While each instructor will bring their own style and flare, every class will be a full-body workout geared towards helping you reach your goals and earn those MEPs. Classes are taught to your target heart rate zones and include core foundational movements, such as pushing, pulling, squats, rotational, etc, as well as bouts of cardio bursts, in order to give you the best workout possible in 45 minutes or less! MyZone heart rate monitor recommended but not required.
