Indoor cycling is a fun, low impact, cardiovascular workout designed for those of any
fitness level. Let the music guide you through various drills that will maximize endurance and build strength, while burning calories both during and after your workout. This is your class and you set the intensity; increasing tension when you’re looking for a challenge and decreasing tension for a more leisurely ride. First time? Show up 10 minutes early and we’ll be happy to help fit you to a bike!
