Tai chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body.

Spin

Using world class spin bikes, the intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. The class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning and aerobic interval training, with brief, high intensity bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold. Newcomers to spin are always welcome!

Endure

this 50 minute interval training class will build your endurance through using the various equipment in the Club Zone, anything from bodyweight to kettle bells.

X-Fit for Kids

A Club4kidz class that takes participants through a obstacle/interval group training made specifically for kids. These classes are held at our Central location

High Fit

HIGH fitness has brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way! Think Old School Aerobics made Modern. Cardio and toning meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons. You will have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave this class wanting more because it’s so much fun!

Aqua Fit

quafit is a low impact aerobics class in the pool. Water dumbbells, noodles, wrist and ankle weights are provided for increased resistance and endurance training. Each class includes Interval training with short bursts of intense effort in order to improve cardiovascular strength. The goal is to get a stronger core, increase flexibility and have better posture and balance.

XFit for Kids
