this 50 minute timed interval class improves strength, balance, flexibility and core stability using the TRX suspension trainer. The TRX systems leverages gravity and the users own body weight to complete hundreds of highly effective exercises.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle, active class featuring primarily seated and supine poses. Postures will be held longer than in flow classes to ge a deeper stretch, which access the facia and connective tissues of the body. A great follow-up to an active; come ready to go to work and relax deeply!
