Strong Nation

Strong Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

High Fit

HIGH fitness has brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way! Think Old School Aerobics made Modern. Cardio and toning meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons. You will have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave this class wanting more because it’s so much fun!

Spin

The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. The class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning and aerobic interval training, with brief, high intensity bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold. Newcomers to spin are always welcome!

High Fit at Central

High Fit- It is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with pop music, and intense easy-to-follow fitness choreography. HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks (At our Central location)
