Sweat and Sculpt

Sweat & Sculpt is a class that combines cardio (Sweat) with strength training (Sculpt) using various tools such as weights, bands, and body weight for an optimal fat burning workout.

Aqua Fit

This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Exercises are performed to lively, motivating music and are effective and easy to follow.

Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa- Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga linking movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. The classes aim to connect with oneself, focus within, calm the chaos, and grow in a Yoga practice. All levels welcome!

Restorative Yoga
