Class Descriptions:

Baby & Me

In this class, parents join their child in the water with the instructor to practice skills and learn games that will help to build comfort in the water and prepare them for future lessons on their own. Ages 6 months to 3 years.

Froggies

Froggies classes consist of an introduction to water safety, floating, bobbing, and underwater exploration. Approximate ages 3 to 5.

Sea Otters

Expanding Froggy curriculum with independent back & stomach float, underwater exploration, and introduction to freestyle (big arms) and backstroke / should have instructor recommendation and/or understanding they should be comfortable having their face get wet as well as full submersion. Approximate ages 6 to 8.

Dolphins

These classes are for intermediate swimmers with an understanding of basic strokes looking to improve form and endurance. Approximate ages 9 and up. 

Barracudas

This membership, for ages 7-14, includes twice weekly training sessions intended to improve form and endurance, as well as access to all family swim times. Ideal for those interested in competitive swimming, training for other aquatic sports, or those just looking to incorporate swimming as part of their health and fitness routine.
