Splash into our pristine pool! The Club at Mill Creek is home to McKinleyville’s first indoor lap pool! Our 25-yard, six lane pool is kept at a comfortable 83 degrees year round to ensure an optimal swimming climate. Using state of the art technology, we clean our pool using UV light filtration which enables us to use less chlorine. We also have a whirlpool spa that is guaranteed to help you relax and unwind.
The pool is open for members during our normal operating hours for lap swimming. We will guarantee there to be at least 2 designated lanes for drop-in lap swimming throughout the day. Other lanes will be occupied intermittently for swim lessons and group classes. Refer to our pool schedule for more information.
Whatever your age or experience level, our instructors are here to help you develop the skills and comfort in the water necessary to safely interact with the natural water features we are fortunate to live around here in Humboldt County. Whether you are looking to introduce your children to swimming, train for a triathlon, or just want to swim for fitness and fun, we can get you to where you want to be. Our swim instructors come from a variety of watersport backgrounds, from competitive swimming to paddle sports and river rescue. We strive to build comfort in the water to enable swimmers of all skill levels to enjoy our pool and the myriad of aquatic resources in our region. Our indoor aquatics facility offers something for everyone, whether you're logging miles in the lap lanes, relaxing in the spa, or making memories with the kids. Our schedule is designed to accommodate all members, featuring guaranteed lap lanes and dedicated Family Swim times for open, free swimming. For the safety and comfort of all members, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area and are not permitted in the hot tub.
