Aquatics programs
AQua Fit
This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Exercises are performed to lively, motivating music and are effective and easy to follow.

Lap Swimming
Lap swimming is open to all members during normal operating hours. We will guarantee at least 2 lanes will be open for lap swimming throughout the day. Some scheduled events may take up the other lanes intermittently.

Family Swim
Family swim is a designated time where families can come and enjoy the pool. During family swim, the 2 pool lanes will be removed and it will be open to free swim. Kids under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult during this time. Kids under the age of 6 will not be allowed in the hot tub. .

Whether you or your kids are just learning, or you want to improve your Triathlon time, The Club for fitness Swim lessons makes it easy to get started. Get one-on-one attention with one of our highly trained instructors. Customized to you or child’s personal needs, goals and confidence.

Biography
Since he was a toddler, Nick has always had a love for the water--from splashing around in a backyard pool to enjoying SoCal beaches. He competed in club and high school swim teams in Riverside, CA. While in graduate school at USC, Nick rediscovered a passion for swimming as a result of a diabetes diagnosis. He wants to help inspire others to find health and fitness through aquatics. For over two decades, he has served as a lifeguard, swim instructor, water aerobics instructor, and aquatics manager.
When not working, Nick enjoys spending time playing with his Jack Russell terrier, Goff. You can also find him slaying the karaoke stage when given the opportunity.
