Our Club Zone classes utilizes Myzone™ Heart Rate Monitors to provide the optimal environment for caloric burn! While wearing Myzone bands you will jump in and out different “zones”. Each zone you are in depends on the effort you are exerting!
Red being the highest intensity zone you can reach, you’ll be jumping in and out of your Maximum Heart Rate during this class. Ideally you will land somewhere in the yellow throughout the workout. Blue is a beginner to moderate level of intensity and you’ll be reaching 60-70% of your MHR.
