Combining both foundational strength exercises and cardio intervals our classes are built with the sole purpose of supporting diverse fitness backgrounds; from day one gym-goers to performance athletes ready to take it to the next level. Our goal, to move you through specific heart rate zones to target and maximize cardiac efficiency. How is this done you ask? Through trained coaches and a little 21st century technology. During each workout, our MyZone heart rate monitors provide you and our coaches real time feedback of your exertion levels allowing personalized and safe movement through the different heart rate zones.

HIIT Zone -HIIT Zone combines foundational core movements and bursts of cardio. This full body workout will move you in and out of specific heart rate zones providing one killer workout! Our coaches have programmed these HIIT style classes for optimal caloric burn in 45 minutes or less. Not only that, but heart rate training has been proven to keep you burning calories for up to 24 hours after!
TRX Zone- training with a twist! All six foundational exercises will use the infamous suspension straps to give you one amazing full body workout. For this class, rather than timed intervals, you will complete a specific number of reps over a set period of time. After each block ends, you guessed it, you'll hop on cardio equipment to give your heart the attention it deserves.
Kettlebell Zone- Heart rate training with Kettlebells! This class, like our HIIT Zone, will provide the six foundational exercises but this time utilizing cast iron equipment. Same great workout, but adding a new element to take your routine to the next level! Don’t worry you'll still hop on the machines to round it out with the cardio intervals you’ve come to love.

Our Clubzone classes utilizes Myzone™ Heart Rate Monitors to provide the optimal environment for caloric burn! While wearing Myzone bands you will jump in and out different “zones”. Each zone you are in depends on the effort you are exerting!
Red being the highest intensity zone you can reach, you’ll be jumping in and out of your Maximum Heart Rate during this class. Ideally you will land somewhere in the yellow throughout the workout. Blue is a beginner to moderate level of intensity and you’ll be reaching 60-70% of your MHR.
