Club Zone

All classes in the Club Zone are created specifically for The Club and taught by our Club Zone Certified Personal Trainers. The benefit to attending these classes; you will learn and be individually coached on proper exercise form and technique, exercises will be modified to fit your needs (accommodating for injuries, skill level, etc), you will receive encouragement to keep moving forward with your goals and challenged to move to the next level with your training. You get the best bits of a one-on-one training session, in a group setting!

Class Descriptions


A one hour obstacle style indoor/outdoor experience geared to test mental and physical strength and endurance. Get prepared to get down and dirty!


This 50 minute interval training class will build your endurance through using the various equipment in the Club Zone, anything from bodyweight to kettlebells.


This 30 minute HIIT class will be sure to get your heart rate pumping by utilizing your bodyweight and cardio machines


This 50 minute well rounded strength training class will not only teach beginners proper technique to lifting weights, but also bring experienced weight lifters to the next level!


This 50 minute timed interval class improves strength, balance, flexibility and core stability using the TRX suspension trainer. The TRX systems leverages gravity and the users own body weight to complete hundreds of highly effective exercises.

MyZone Bands

Our Clubzone classes utilizes Myzone™ Heart Rate Monitors to provide the optimal environment for caloric burn! While wearing Myzone bands you will jump in and out different “zones”. Each zone you are in depends on the effort you are exerting!

Red being the highest intensity zone, you’ll be jumping in and out of your Maximum Heart Rate during this class. Blue is a beginner to moderate level of intensity and you’ll be reaching 60-70% of your MHR.
