Welcome to heart rate training! Combining foundational core movements and bursts of cardio; this full body workout will move you in and out of specific heart rate zones providing one killer workout!

Why take a Myzone class? 

Your heart, just like every other muscle in your body, deserves attention and this class is designed specifically to make that happen. Our coaches have programmed these HIIT style classes for optimal caloric burn in 45 minutes or less. Not only that, but heart rate training has been proven to keep you burning calories for up to 24 hours after!

What is Zone Training?

Designed to take you on a fitness journey through each of the MyZone heart rate zones, the HIIT Zone classes in Club Zone are sure to leave you feeling accomplished, exhilarated and full of life!  While each instructor will bring their own style and flare, every class will be a full-body workout geared towards helping you reach your goals!  

Classes are taught to your target heart rate zones and include core foundational movements, such as pushing, pulling, squats, rotational, etc, as well as bouts of cardio bursts, in order to give you the best workout possible in 45 minutes or less!  MyZone heart rate monitor recommended but not required.

MyZone Bands

Our Clubzone classes utilizes Myzone™ Heart Rate Monitors to provide the optimal environment for caloric burn! While wearing Myzone bands you will jump in and out different “zones”. Each zone you are in depends on the effort you are exerting!

Red being the highest intensity zone you can reach, you’ll be jumping in and out of your Maximum Heart Rate during this class. Ideally you will land somewhere in the yellow throughout the workout.  Blue is a beginner to moderate level of intensity and you’ll be reaching 60-70% of your MHR.
