Our Adult Swim Clinic offers an opportunity for members to hop in the pool and receive personal stroke instruction as well as individual training input. Regardless of your current ability, our staff will work with you to find the best path to meet your aquatics goals. Members will be able to workout with a group of like-minded and goal-oriented peers or individually.
