Our full service family fitness & strength training facility. With a wide variety of group exercise classes, strength training and fitness programs for kids, and a performance training center with 40 yard turf track, the Club on Central has what your family needs to stay healthy.

40 yard turf field, TRX zone, Olympic lifting platforms with bumper plates, Alantis plate loaded equipment, multiple squat racks

General Fitness Rooms

Treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, ascent trainers, alpine trainers, rowers, stationary bicycles, assault bikes, and more

Full Weight Room

Dumbbells up to 125 pounds, a full line of Atlantis selectorized equipment, and plate loaded equipment.
