This class is designed to introduce you to our Reformer beds and the different ways it can be used to learn new moves and sequences.

This slower paced class adds a whole new element to your practice, challenging both the mind and body.

Pilates is an excellent way for people of all experience levels to get an amazing low impact workout.

It evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates and can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs.

The Pilates Reformer is a low impact but high intensity, full body workout. It improves posture, stability, balance, mobility and coordination as well as strengthens and tones muscle, specifically  the core, back, glutes and thighs. A stronger core is essential for ideal posture.

Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, capable of creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. (Yeah, we know – who doesn’t want that?)

Yoga uses breath awareness to help drop into the mind/body connection. The practice improves posture, balance, stamina, mobility and range of motion while helping to release tension, stress and anxiety.

A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, and well-being.
